The collaboration between MeMedia and Designworks was founded on the idea that the best way to learn something is to experience doing it yourself. It goes beyond hands-on. It means being completely focused on the workflow, technology, and theory of your industry throughout your education.
The Introduction to Social Media Marketing is a 4 week, part-time, workshop style course, focusing on your social needs. MeMedia and Designworks approach learning, centred on real-world industry experience.

Become social media savvy with our Introduction to Social Media course. Covering skills from beginner to intermediate on Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
Given the wide range of capabilities on such platforms this course is specifically targeted at the newby to Social Media. We will touch briefly on setting up your social media profiles and business pages, what key functions you will perform for work and ensure you’re not breaching any platform rules.

Course Overview:
- Each session will begin with an introduction to each social network and also begin with setup of your social profiles.
- Tea and coffee will be available on arrival and a 1 hour lunch break will be allocated on full days.
- Cafe’s are in close proximity to the campus.
